Front Desk & Operations Support
Next Electronic Systems is looking for a dependable, organized team member to join our team full-time in a front desk and operations-support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Location: Lakeway / Bee Cave area
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Create and send invoices
• Assist with scheduling service appointments
• Run local errands, including delivery of parts and equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Clean driving record
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
